3. Gym membership to work the muscles not worked in crossfit
4. Swimming for non impact cardio:
5. Tennis for fun cardio:
6. Sexual mental re-orientation
7. Sarging and gaming
8. Yoga meetup if available
9. Tai Chi instruction if possible and if useful
10. Thinking about investment if time permits

Tentative Daily Schedule on days 1,4,7 etc.
1. Wake up: 0430
2. Ablutions and meditation and water drinking: 0430-0600
3. Knee stabilization, strengthening, stretching exercises, foam rolling: 0600-0645
4. Eating half dozen bananas, dressing up for crossfit: 0645-0715
5. MRT journey to crossfit/Bootcamp place: 0715-0800
6. Crossfit: 0800-0900
7. Breakfast: 0900-1000
8. Back home: 1100
9. Bathing: 1130
9. Meditation/Reverie/short nap: 1130-1300
10. Pack in more bananas and off to gym: 1300-1400
11. Off to Gym to work out muscles not worked out by crossfit: calves,forearms,shoulders etc: 1400-1500
12. lunch, back home: 1600
13. Reverie/Nap: 1600-1700
14. Yogasanas: 1700-1800
15. At sarging location: 1900
15. Sarging: 1900-2030
16. Back home: 2130
17. off to bed meditating and in reveries: 2230

a. Too much time is being lost in the commute
b. To save time, I must try to at least get gym membership close to where I live and live close to a decent sarging location
c. I must sarge papas on the way back from gym and crossfit if possible to maximize sarging time.
d. It is my brother’s contention that I need one day rest from physical activity a day spent in crossfit and gym

Tentative Daily schedule on days 3,6,9 etc
1. Wakeup: 0430 hrs
2. Ablutions/morning meditation: 0430-0600
3. Knee strengthening, foam rolling, yogasanas: 0600-0730
4. Pack in some bananas/fruits/light breaker and dress for tennis
5. At tennis location: 0900 hours
6. tennis: 0900-1100
7. Lunch: 1100-1200
8. Back home: 1300
9. Bath/Reverie/meditation/nap:1300-1430
10. Short fruit meal: 1500
11. At swimming location: 1600
12. Swimming: 1600-1730
13. Get dry, shower, meal, dress: 1900
14. Sarging, shopping, commuting: 1930-2130
15. back home: 2130
16. Reverie, meditation: 2130-2230
17. Bed: 2230

a. commute remains a problem. At the minimum the place where I stay should be close to at least 2 out of the 4 locations of gym, crossfit/bootcamp/gym/tennis

Tentative schedule on days 2,5,8 etc
a. This is the rest day. This day follows crossfit and gym day. There is no schedule for this. Take it as it comes.
b. Complete slacking if inclined.
c. I imagine this day will be spent primarily in sarging.
d. Get up as late as you feel though nightly meditation must begin at 2130 hours
c. No physical activity except for a light run, some yogasanas, foam rolling.
d. Look into tai-chi if inclined
e. Get a massage for your neck. Javan etc
f. shopping day
g. internet surfing and blogging day

So there you have it. Two days of discipline and one day of slacking. Let’s see how closely reality follows plan
